StatementIn my work I intend an interplay of concepts neighboring Information Theory and social sciences notions such as “Cultura Mosaico”. I find great motivation in the possibility of establishing an introspective and playful dialogue crossing historical, aesthetic and conceptual barriers, inspired to a great extent by the digital content, interaction and dynamics of digital media. Starting from a playful exploration of visual codes of media communication, both digital and pictorial, and mostly from universal references in art history, I try an “ecological” exercise in contemporary semiotic recycling; reusing the visual legacy of the twentieth century artworks, fundamentally Dada and Surrealism, venturing into appropriation, allegory, and intervention, as resources to intermix and confront it, so that certain "archetypal" connections are distilled as an alphabet code, in order to formulate images in a dialect which results intelligible to the global observer.

Antropography Project"Antropography" is a project of digital illustrations created from alphabets. From a conceptual point of view it constitutes an extension of the reDADA project, keeping a sort of playful relation linked to the Dadaist and Futurist practices of typography as an element of visual communication. The project covers all categories and typographical styles, including all or almost all the alphabets and languages of the world, ancient and modern, living or extinct, all those which have generated any form of graphic representation.

Digital ArtA collection of collages and digital studies mainly from the reDADA project, where the exploration of ideas using digital tools before taking the whole concept to the canvas, often creates a by-product that is interesting to develop as a digital artwork, with its own aesthetics and language, which in some cases can be expressed with greater fluency in vector graphics.

Visual thoughts sometimes are kept in a corner of the mind for a long time. Some paintings actually come to life as the result of cleaning the palette and the accumulation of experiences encountered in the process of doing. There is always a collage of memories and perceptions, intimate or playful, re-emerging in the exploration of techniques and styles.
